When you submit our owner or tenant enquiry form we collect the details you enter: your name, mobile / WhatsApp number, property location, society or project name, BHK, furnishing, rent or budget, availability or move-in date, tenant type, service required, any notes you add, and your consent to be contacted. If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we also receive the details you share in those messages.
2. How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, match owners with suitable tenants, arrange visits, provide property-management services you ask for, and keep records of our dealings with you. We contact you only about the property or requirement you submitted, and only where you gave consent.
3. Who processes your information
Enquiry forms on this website are provided by Jotform and are stored with Jotform. We also use Google services (for example Gmail and Google Sheets / Apps Script) and WhatsApp to store, organise and follow up on enquiries. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Sharing
To do our job we may share limited details with the other side of a rental (for example, sharing a tenant's name and requirement with an owner, or the reverse) only when relevant to a specific property and only after we have your consent to contact you. We may also disclose information where required by law.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal or accounting obligations, [e.g. up to ___ months after your last interaction with us], after which we delete or anonymise them.
6. Your choices and rights
